Online Registration: DGS registration for the 2017/2018 school year will be done through our online registration process. In order to register online you will need to create a Parent Portal account. Parent Portal is necessary to conduct the online registration process, if you have questions please contact the Parent Portal hotline at 720-423-3493 for assistance. Once you've created your account you will need to update and enter all information including student data, update household members, and current contact information. Upon completion you can move on to registering online. You will need to click submit in order for your registration to be completed. In addition to registering you will need to fill out the free and the reduced lunch form. All online registration will need to be completed prior to registration starting on August 1st through August 4th. Please note students fees are due at time of registration, $50 for grades ECE through 5th, and $75 for 6th through 8th. Only cash or check is accepted.
August 1st 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
August 2nd 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
August 3rd 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
August 4th 7:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
To complete Registration you will need:
- Register online on the Parent Portal
- Proof of address (current lease, current mortgage statement, current utility bill this must state service.)
- Proof of age (birth certificate, baptismal record, passport)
- Immunization records
Round 2 begins Monday, March 20th. Round 2 is the first-come, first-served segment of Choice for families who missed Round 1. Forms will be available to print online, or can be picked up in the office starting Monday. Families you will need to submit completed form directly to your preferred school.
